I Mr.Girish Pathak purchased a Aqua Sure water Purifier(model Smart UV). on 01.06.12 for Rs. 6790 from Mahaveer Bazar, Virar (W. The purchased water purifier is a foulty one. It’s Power button is not working. so the water flow is unable to come out. I have registered a complaint on 3rd July Complaint No. is 67348950. since the date no service man attend our complaint and no repairing has been done. I am highly disappointed with the product & the poor service of the company. so I want a new one piace to avoid future problems.
