I purchased the kent water purifier (Mineral RO) on 16/7/13 from Raj Trading ,Barrackpore,North 24 parganas. After a good service of 2 weeks the machine started to malfunction. Now there is no filtering at all . Meanwhile I have also informed Raj Trading, from where it was purchased. They did not provide any service till now.Neither there is any hope of rectification of the machine from the company side. If you kindly look into the matter I will be helpful & obliged.
