Dear Sir

I have bought Voltas 1.5Ton Split AC Model Vertis Elite Silver (2 Star) from Unique Enterprises D-79 Malviya Nagar New Delhi under Invoice No. 16 May 2010 for Rs. 26500 but they have sent us the invoice of Rs. 22000 next day when i was not at home and at the time of installation their Engineers has wrongly made a provision for water dripping due to this water is dripping inside the bedroom and I personaly visited to Unique Ent to request to the take my request then they have noted my address with Complaint but no action was taken, thereafter i have given several reminders my complaint was noted by the UNIQUE on 12th July 10 and after three days one service engineer has called me to come in day when i was out of home then i asked to come in evening appx 5 pm but thereafter he has not come,
Again I have contacted to Unique Ent then they have gave me the VOLTAS Customer Care Number and i have lodge the compalient under request no. 10J4603064 dt 16 July 10 and CCO has assured that our engineer will come within 24 hrs but still not come and i have contacted to Raj Repair in Bajanpura at Voltas service center several times but no action has been taken, Also no free services was given to us i dont know why???

due to this water dripping problems inthe house there is a chance of Dangue as inside the room lot of water falls photo attached.

you are requested to look into this matter and ask VOLTAS to help us

if Voltas does not have good capacity to serve better then why they are selling this type of goods inthe market and why government is stoping them.

Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?
