Water Should Be Complimentry

This above mentioned restaurant is located at Hogg Market,1st floor just opp of Grand Hotel’s back gate.The address is-NG 001,New Complx,New Market.I have visited today itself.When I asked to.serve water they served me a bottle of Kinlay mineral water.The service was poor,food quality is not bad but when I asked for the bill I was durprised to see that they have charged for water.I objected about the same but they told me that I have to buy water.When I told them water.should be complimentry they told its their rule.I thought someone has tk raise the point.I would be highly obliged if the authority take some action regading this.
