Water bill deposit but water service not provided by delhi jal board

In my area we deposit the water bill but we dont get water supply in our area. we complaint to Delhi jal board officer , but we don’t get any surety and solution of this. Plzz suggest me what we can do against delhi jal board. we pay bill but not getting water supply. It’s a failure of delhi jal board.
