Subject – Washing Machine TUB Problem
Dear Sir/Madame,
I brought samsung washing machine model WA-78K1/LTL on 04-03-07.
A month ago (around 10th may 2010) we faced some problem regarding tub in the machine as it was making noise and a crack was visible. After complaining to call centre a engineer came and asked us to change tub for which we agreed. As per him, it wud be available in next 2-3 days. Since than we have been constantly calling call cantre, all in futile. A week ago we got a complaint number 8407511882 and a visit from engineer and assurance that it will be rectified in 2 days. Since than we have been making calls to call centre all in vain. Also, when i made a call to one of the authorized centre (phone no. 022-65293535/3636) person on the phone told me that since he nor company has broken the tub, they are not responsible and so i cannot pressurize them( to be noted after one month). Please advice and guide what we can do in such a situation. We are facing trouble as we have house full of guests.
