Washing Machine not Delivered after 4 Days of Purchase

Hi,
I bought a Electrolux Washing Machine from Big Bazaar Outlet at Kalyan on 30th June 2012. On 1st July 2012, i got Demo Machine delivered two time in a Day with Multiple scratches on it, Improper Accessories with it, Rust/Dust with it. After my continuous follow up with outlet, till date i only got the commitments from Big Bazaar.
No proper communication and response from the Help Desk, Big Bazaar Employees. Even i have logged a complaint with their customer care. But no response from that end as well.
After having lots of frustrations, i demands my Money back from Big Bazaar.
