I am Sivasankarachari, Officer at Canara Bank. I have purchased a Whirlpool washing machine on 3rd March 2014 from Reliance Digital store, Gulbarga. The machine was delivered to my home at Shastri Nagar, Gulbarga on 12th March. The service executive visited on 14th March and informed me that the length inlet pipe is in sufficient and he suggested me to purchase new inlet pipe of 3 meter length. I have purchased it at a cost of Rs. 550/- from my pocket. The service executive had come on 20th March and connected the pipe but he had left in between without giving demo. I have called at the service section of the store several times (08472-265533) for Demo. They have made false promises to send the executive for Demo. But no body turned up till date. From last 10 days the number 08472-265533 is not working. More than a month back I paid the amount for Washing machine (on 3rd March). Till date its not installed fully. Its really unfortunate to face such bitter experience from a reputed store like Reliance Digital. If this is the case at the start, what kind of service the store can give in future, atleast during warranty period. I have registred a complaint at the Grievance cell of Reliance Digital on 3rd April and they promised to solve the issue within 48 hours, but not received a single phone call till date. The Reference no. of complaint is : 8003214206. I want a strict action on concerne person who is responsible for inaction/delay.
