Washing machine faulty inspite of being in warranty

We r using whirlpool white magic 1-2-3 650h since 22months.
In the starting we were happy that we have whirlpool 6th sense automatic washing machine.
After some time of purchasing we started facing problems. The techanician visited several times and ensured that we purchased good machine.
But now the body of machine got rusted & due to rust the washer balancer had broken from upper panel.
We had registered a complaint regarding the same in Dec’12 month. Complaint number is HR1212003432.
Even after a month no one has bothered to rectify the problem and still the machine is in same condition. The service person saying that parts are not available.
Is that whirlpool service after sales.
I am feeling cheated that product is available in the market inspite of the non availability of the spare parts.
