I paid by last bill on 3rd May’13. I paid it in the amount of Rs 1035 and I paid it in full, there was no outstanding balance left. According to my plan (rental 325) I should get 60000 sec free calls to any network every month and then my call charges will be Rs 0.50 per minute. After paying the bill on 3rd May’13 I got a SMS from Vodafone (on 16th May’12) that I have crossed my credit limit of Rs 2000 and thus my outgoing calls and SMS will be barred. And to again activate the service I have to make payment, whereas my bill payment date is on 1st of every month. I called customer care and asked them the details of my bill because it is not possible that in the previous month while I was in roaming my bill was still in the amount of Rs 1035 and this month as I am using local network my bill exceeded Rs 2000 within 12 days of bill payment in spite of having free calls. But the customer care is not ready to provide any details of my bill neither via mail nor over the phone. I called several times and was also said them I am still ready to make the payment and the only thing I need is the detailed summary of my bill but still they are not ready to provide it. I asked them to escalate my call to some senior but even that was not done and was treated very rudely by the customer care agents. Need help as I feel that I am getting cheated by Vodafone and I should get a detailed summary. As I dont want this to be repeated to any other customer of Vodafone.
