Under Warrenty mobile phone not repaired after passing 41 days & company not confirming when it get return

Please read below trailing mail sent to Karbonn Mobile Customer Care &

Today I visited your company service center at C 949 Arjun Nagar Kotla Mubarakpur Delhi, to collect my mobile phone but your service center is found closed Permanently.

After that, one mobile phone Shop Owner advised me to go , Tuglakabad Ext – Mobile No – 9350095009 but when I reached their that authority clearly told me that it is not his business.

Today 41 days is completed but yet My under warranty mobile phone is not repaired ,its location not confirm also you never confirm its tentative returning date.

Before purchasing Karbonn make your company mobile phone, every mobile shop owner given guarantee that within a week mobile will get repair but practically it is not truth & if you use ‘Google’ uncounted complaints are register against this problem.

You replay me without providing your contact number also your provided customer center Number (8001024660) is never responding.

I am writing per day one mail to you also I am spending half hour per day for calling your provided number but never get respond

I am Executive in L&T company & without mobile phone I can’t do my job hence I am requesting you kindly help me & provide me my mobile phone with good condition.

    Below is the email send to Xolo Care regarding the repair of my mobile which is Under Warranty period but till date i haven’t received my mobile.

    This is to inform you that i have submitted my mobile at your Xolo service Centre at Eternity Mall, Thane (Ccom Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd.) on 10th of September 2014 & till date i haven’t received my mobile yet.

    I got an sms stating that you will get the delivery of your mobile by 24th of September, but when i went to the service centre they said that its still at the Head Office for repair.

    If the handset is so much faulty that it is taking almost a month to repair it then i request you to please give me a replacement of my handset as you won’t extend the warranty period.

    Please do the needful at the earliest.
