I purchased a computer gaphic card from flipkart on 13/02/2014, it beared 3 years warrenty with it. After some months of use the product stopped working so i went to the service center in guwahati, there they denied the warrenty because i got it from e-retailer. And then i started complaining flipkart with the problem, they kept me waiting for the issue to be resolved from three months upto past few weeks, when they told me they would refund my amount if i return the product with brand packing, but they know very well i don’t have the brand packing( i already informed them about the brand packing on the first day)
