Hello,
I have a taken a pest control service from Preventive Pest Control Service on 3/3/13. I got 2 years of warranty cover and cashback full refund if not satisfied with the service within 6 months.After 2 months of service we again faced the same bed bug problem.
Now when I called to the company’s phone number they are not giving us the response to us in providing warranty cover service.
I am fed up of calling them again and again and now they are not picking up the call.
I had taking Justdial.com reference initially to reach this company for the serice.
I have the attached soft copy of the invoice and warranty cover.
Please help me in this case and take action against the company for this behaviour.
