i bought a LENOVO laptop Model no.- G500 on the diwali day i.e. on 3/11/13 and got a diwali offer of getting two years of extended warranty.first of all they took more than 1 month to send me the voucher code to redeem the gift. they also said that i would get it on 7 working days but they delayed it..now after i got my voucher code i redeemed my gift but it said that my voucher has redeemed and the status of my order is still “PROCESSING” as they guarrantee to deliver it within 15-21 working days for small cities. i live in Bokaro which is a small city but though renowned city still no response is from the company side and the status is still processing. after sendind them all details and documents also they keep on asking me for my details, invoice and all..
please lodge a complaint against this and help me getting my right..
