my laptop got damaged on 07-07-2013 and so i went to the ACER service centre on 13-07-2013 which was the last date of the warranty. They accepted my warranty card and told me that i would be informed the next working day but now they told me that it was out of warranty.So i asked them a strong reason that why it was out of warranty as i brought it to the service centre under warranty and also it was far away from my home so i have to bring it to the service centre on the last date. please do the needful.
