my name is shanon.. i have bought a HTC one x mobile from ebay , PaisaPay ID 35802887102) on march 3rd 2014.after 6 months of usage the display sensors are not working, The product is well with in the guarantee period only,Taking this into account i have contacted Ebay. I got the reply from Ebay to contact the seller, one Mr sunil nagmal and his contact numb is 08097515123 , I have contacted the seller and told my grievance to him . After hearing my problem he asked me to wait ,because festival season was going around and he asked me to call back after DIWALI Trusting his words i called him after Diwali,He is now taking no care and responsibility abt my problem and he is challenging me to go to consumer court and he asking me to take legal action. so many times i contacted ur customer care services and till yet no confirmation msges from your side.. This seller is nilu & company.and invoice numb is 20884.
later i contacted HTC servoce centre through mail.so they told me to resolve my probs asap. their service centre replied me that my phone is of hongkong made so i have to pay for their services…
I learnt a very good lesson from ebay and htc . Now I will say never to this online shopping company for selling toys like products which are of no use….
i fed with my phone and finally i repaired from my own pocket and i ll make sure neither my friends nor my family ll not go for HTC and ebay for future..such a hectic and worst response from ur side….
