Warranty denied By the Service provider.

I recently had a problem with the services of the LG service center in Aurangabad,Maharashtra , where i reported for my cellphone LG Nexus Model E950, for the touch not working on 29/05/2014.

I was issued a receipt numbered 197, for the complain and was told that it would be communicated when the problem is solved.

After few days when they didn’t contact me i called them payed them a visit to see if the problem is solved.

It was told that the problem is solved , so i checked for the issue to be resolved found that the problem is still present.

It was accepted that the problem is still there and they need to change the Touch of the cellphone to repair it.

I submitted my Bill invoice for the cellphone copy by mail to the mentioned email id for there reference to check if the cellphone was under warranty.

The costumer representative affirmed that the case is a standard warranty as the reported date is within 1 year of warranty period.

The customer representative told me that the touch (Part that need to be replaced) is not in their stock and so they need to order the same, from their head office and it would take 15 to 30 days for the same.

I asked the customer representative if the warranty has been filled, she confirmed yes, She didn’t provide any reference numbers for the same.

I explicitly asked if the cellphone need to submitted with them till the parts arrive but was told that their is no need for such actions and i can take the cellphone back with me and when the parts do arrive they would contact me in this reference.

They also took my receipt and told me that their is no need for the same.

I didn’t get a call from them for over a month.

I checked in between for the same with the costumer rep. over cellphone if the parts have arrived, but the rep. made excuses like the system is not working, parts have not arrive and all other sorts of things.

As i was available at Aurangabad, constantly travelling for business purpose, i was not able to pay them visits personally to their store.

On 9th July 2014 when we payed a visit and asked them for when the touch of the parts of the cellphone will arrive they refused of any such problem reported.

When we tried to talk to the manager for the issue, he to denied that their is no record for a warranty of the parts to be issued for the reported problem.

I try tell him the whole story but he says that is their any records/ Receipt copy with you or any reference number for the reported issue.

I told them the receipt copy number was 197 and i don’t have the originals with me because it was taken back by your costumer rep.

When i referenced the conversation/communication done by me with their costumer rep. he said the customer rep. has left the company and i would not be able to know what verbally talked about and denied to give any parts under warranty as nothing was promised by the service center and the warranty cannot be issued as the bill date is already crossed.

Can you suggest me how i can fight for the services which were earlier promised and then denied.
