I had purchased a machine through Amazon.in and was supplied by Cloud tail India Private Limited on 1st May . It was good looking and I love it, The supplier never cared to explain the operations or install the machine. Anyhow I referred the operation manuel and the machine was working smoothly for a month. In the first week of June it went out of order , within a month of purchase. I reported to the customer care . the representatives arrived after 15 days on 20th June. They have informed me that the board is faulty and needs to be replaced. After waiting for a month they replaced the board. But regarding the top cover which was broken at the time of supplying the item they have not done anything , the person who attended my phone call promised to call me back, but never called me or replaced the damaged cover.
