service center declined to give warranty service on hard disk. Hard disk warranty till jun 2013. Firstly they accept the hard disk after the checking, call id no SGTBEJ120044397DW.henceafter the sevice centre call me and return the hard disk told me that your hard disk label torn.same numbering on their hard disk and label is not torn that time they accept the hard disk.the service center denied to replace the hard disk. hard disk is under warranty period
