Warranty Claim

Name of company/service: Samsung Mobile

I had a problem with my samsung gt-i9003 on 30th july 2012 that its touch screen stop working
my device is in warranty period
i have given it to samsung costumer care to repair it on 1st July 2012 at 3:30 p.m
they have given me time of 5th July
after 5th september they are continuously saying that touch is not available
on 10th july they said me that your device will be replaced by company till 19july
today is 20th july..i called them still there is no response from them
i am very tired of there excuses
and today one of there staff said me that if you are in hurry you can take back your device in non working condition
they are not giving me proper time and they dont care about consumers
plz help me
