Warranty and Service issue

Name of company/service: Dell, Dell laptop/ SS Marketing & Service Chennai

I HAVE PURCHASED DELL LAPTOP (INSPION 15R) WHOSE SERVICE TAG NUMBER IS G89WQR1, I HAVE SOME ISSUES WITH DELL AS FOLLOWS: 1) I HAVE PURCHASED LAPTOP FROM SS MARKETING AND SERVICE, CHENNAI ON 26-OCT-2012, AS PER SELLERS COMMITMENT MY WARRANTY SHOULD BE EXPIRE ON 26.10.2015, I AM SURPRISED TO SEE ON WEBSITE OF DELL MY WARRANTY IS SHOWING ONLY UPTO 18-JULY-2013, WHICH I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM. 2) MY LAPTOP IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE ENGINEER HAS ALSO REFUSED TO REPLACE THE RAM. HE ADVISED ME THAT THE DEALER HAS CHANGED THE RAM WITH ORIGINAL ONE. WHICH IS NOT MY FAULT. I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE DEALER HAS CHANGED THE RAM WITH ORIGINAL AND PROVIDE ME WITH DUPLICATE ONE. ITS ALSO COMPANY/DEALER FAULT. PLEASE ARRANGE TO TAKE SUITABLE ACTION AGAINST COMPANY/DEALER TO GET RID OF ALL PROBLEMS. CHARGER OF THE LAPTOP IS ALSO NOT WORKING.
