Wardrobe Delivery Late and quality not ok

Hi Sir,

I placed order for a 3 door wardrobe to hometown in Great India Place Mall in Noida. The delivery was supposed to be made in 15 days as per the bill. But, the delivery was made after 45 days and that too after high complaints.
Also, now the doors are not of proper dimension which created issue. Again if I resubmit, company will take 45 days and therefore my money is going as a waste.

I want reimbursement from the management on this and also assurance that this will not be repeated.
