Aircel deducted 50 rs while surfing. When called to customer care. They refunded50 back. After one day they removed 50 without even intimating me. When called to customer care, they gave response you have downloaded. When I din’t download anything how can these ppl deduct money that too without even intimating. Customer care is very bad when tried to reach they put on hold . disappointing and pathetic service managed by lame ppl.
