I Manish Sharma one of your oldest, VIP and Premium customer using Airtel cell number (UNIQUE 9892222297) since more then 10 years.I pay regular your bills as you can check am record.
I have problem in your last bill which you have send to me.
I was using Blackberry handset and I have activated Blackberry Rs.399/- monthly plan every month. But I got call from Airtel customer care suggesting me to go for Rs.1999/- Advance plan for six months. I activated that plan and after using for 15-20 days my handset had lost so due to this I have to close Blackberry plan. So now I have taken Samsung cell and no more using Blackberry handset.
As I recieved last month bill in which you are charging me for six months advance rental as one time fee but for which I had already closed the plan and yyyyyyyyyyyyyy I should pay for six months????? Where as I just used for 20 days so how Airtel can charge me for six months.
I already spoken with 121customer care for 3-4 times and said them to reversed the charges which I haven’t used it but they say they cant reverse, or making note of compliant or will try to make it but from last two weeks nothing has happen.
Request you to take and look in to matter very seriously and do the needful as am not interested to pay extra money which I haven’t used it. If you cant do it then I will closed the connection with out paying single penny and not use hence forth AIRTEL.
