Want refund my Money from Letsbuymobile.com

I ordered a Nokia Lumia 520 from Letsbuymobile.com, my ordered id LBM59617626, mail id: [email protected] on 2nd December 2013, they charged 999/- as processing fee.they rejected my application.But they didnt refund my money till now.want my money back.Now they are not replying to my mail and Customer Care no.please help me.
