Sir i bought a new phone of micromax company model number a114 which is always do problem and it is still in warranty…..when i gave it to service centre they took 1 month to get it repaired and when it is repaired it again after one month start doing problem….it happens about 4 times…..i simply got very much irritated and again my phone doing same problem….so please sir help me and now i want my phone to get replaced with a new one…..i shall be very much thankfull to u…..my contact details

respected admin, i bought moto g 2nd gen phone 2 months back, and it has started created problem. the phone is in off state and i am unable to switch it on. when asked for help from costumer helpline no satisfactory answer was given. my phone is in service centre now and they said its motherboard has some problem and needs to be changed. i bought that phone 2 months back only it has started creating problems. please guide how and where can i complain regarding my handset . i want a replacement for my handset. Please reply as soon as possible
