i had purchased a dell phone XCD35 for Rs10500 in august 2011.
the company had given gurante for 1 year replacement.
then due to vibration problem i had given the phone to jaipur dell centre for replacement on 18th may 2012.
according to the company norms they guranted me to provide me with the replaced set within a month at max.
it was an expensive phone which i used for mailing purposes in my business.
i cant aford to buy such an expensive phone again for a month.
so i was waiting for the month to complt so that i can leve behind all the inconvineince that i was facing due to lack of it.
now its almost 3 months, still i hav’nt received the replaced set.
continously i had called and mailed them from past 9 weeks.
every time i get the rply that they will provide it to me by the next week.
enough i had shown my patience level to them.
due to there misconduct i had faced many problems.
i want my money back and the compensation for the problems i had faced.
plz take an action against DELL.
