Hello team,
My name is Dinesh Jaiswar. I bought a Relaince tab on 3rd of March 2012. Wherein I get a warranty for 12 months.
However since last 3 months the tablet is with Relaince service centre i.e Adonis Electronics Pvt ltd.
The tab was working until last Dusherra. A day before Dusherra something went wrong and screen turned white. Everything else was working fine I can play music using bluetooth however unable to make calls. In short the screen went faulty.
This is the second major issue for which i have to visit service centre. Within 4 months of purchase the software was crashed, Adonis did the best issuewas fixed in 20 mins.
Now current issue, which actually is the second issue in 8th month of purchase. Since then no tab to se.
It’s almost 3 months and only twice or thrice I got to speak to someone from Adonis. Everytime I call tue number nobody answers if i am lucky enough, Manisha Kamble answers the call.
I give her the job no to track the repair status and she says it might take up to 30 days. With no options left I agreed to her
I called Adonis after a month.Here the problem starts, I called Adonis continuously for 4 days. As nobody answered the call in last 3 days.
Finally on the fourth day Manisha answered. I was very curious to know what is the status. However the wait didn’t turn out to be fruitful. After giving the Job no Manisha said she will call me back with thr report.
She never called me back. I tried calling her no answer. I lost all hopes on Relaince, this is how they treat their customers.
After almost a week i was lucky again to find Manisha answering my call. This time she placed me hold as insisted by me. After long hold she comes back and says that it will take more time they do not have screen instock.
I accepted the condition. After that I tried several times to contact Adonis no reply until last month. Last month was the second month for my tab to be with Adonis.
This time I thought lodging a complaint. The behaviour of Manisha was very rude. She gave a number to her senior Mr.Dinesh Lulla.
Mr. Lulla gave mobile number and asked me to call on mobile. Since that day Mr. Lulla hasn’t answered a single call.
The reason I call them before visiting the centre as it is like 50kms away from my place. I really do not want invest time wherein I have already invested the money with the purchase of the tab.

Warranty of tab expires this march. However I used the tab only for 8 months since then it is with ADONIS.
Please can some one look into this matter. Early response would be aapreciated.
