VOX mobile fault, asked for replacement

I bought an VOX mobile in online from naaptol, they gave me a fault device and mailed them to give me replacement. They asked me to send the product threough their nominated courier i sent the product on 27th july and it reached them by 28th july morning but still i have not received the replacement, they are not making reply too for my queries.
