I have purchased the AC (VA 1.5 Ton Silver 3* Split Voltas AC) from Bajaj Super Electricals, Ghazipur on 29th May’ 12. From the date of purchase till now, it has been repaired for 11 times.

For this issue, I raised one complaint # 12SP0502740 with the Voltas Customer Care and followed up multiple times to get the resolution. But every time when it was repaired, at that moment itself the PCB, either compressor or other parts were damaged in front of technician. Every time technician use to take down the part to repair and leaving the AC unused and useless.

Till today, it has been repaired for 11 times. Just imagine how frustrating it will be for Customer that AC did not functioned properly throughout the summer.

I have been regularly contacting with the Voltas representatives who are at very higher position and they have been always committing to repair the AC on that day or next day but never send anyone to repair. I think no Humanity is left. Making daily promises to repair the AC but till date it has been not yet repaired.

So no choice left with me so knocking the Consumer Forum door with a hope that I will get my money back or the faulty AC is being replaced by the new one.
