Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

Greetings of the day.

This is with reference to our installation of Air conditioning unit the Voltas 2.0 ton Gold 352 (3 star)unit in April, 2013 at our home.

Since then, the same is not functioning properly, the problem list is as follows:

– Water dripping when the same is switched on.
– Swing motor has been taken by Service Centre boy called, Ali (09693740305).
– Loud noise coming when switched on.

Although there were quite a bit of people who came to see and check, but no results, which is absolutely discerning.

The same has been purchased from –

With giving complaints almost twelve times and talking to the concerned Customer Cares and Service Centres based in Mumbai, Hyderabad (compliant number – 13JU1800795 and 13JU1805347 dtd. 18th June, 2013), the same has not been rectified as yet and we are facing quite a bit of problems.

When a customer purchases an asset and spends thousands of the hard earned money, we atleast expect a descent POST PURCHASE SERVICE.

I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest, so that the same can be rectified.

    Dear Voltas,

    Thank you for calling the other day, but please note that inspite of you calling and people coming to check and try and rectify, the same has not been done. Our unit is still without the Split motor and is still making sounds.

    I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest and not delay the action time.

    Please note if the same is not happening, we would be more than happy to return the same to the dealer.
