I bought Voltas Split AC on 8th April 2013, from the 1st day of installation indoor unit producing noise. I launched online complaint on Voltas website, technician visited to my home and told me this model is faulty and it will have to replace and you have to wait but not clear how many days. After this exercise I am regularly calling him on Tall free customer care and also mail to vcare @ voltas.com , also register complaint online on Voltas web page but did not get replacement they always saying your complaint is under processing , many time I asked him my complaint processing status in written but not giving any response .
