I purchased a voltas air cooler on 1st may 2018. The cooler stopped working in 17 days only. On 21st may i called the customer care and complained about it.They told me that the technician will ne visiting in 24 hrs. The technician came and after he checked he told that the motor will be changed and i will come tommorow. Since then its been a week that neither that executive is receiving my call, and if i am calling the customer care then daily i have to talk to a different person who says that “sir here it is mentioned that the motor is to be changed but its not yet arranged ” and they do not give any estimated time that by when last would that special motor come to me and they just say that “sir aaj aaj dekhlijiye aa jayegi”. I after purchasing a cooler from voltas firstky would not expect that it will breakdown in 15 20 days and if anyhow i think that its a machine maybe some issue but then i would expect service and response from a company like voltas. Its been a complete week and today also i dont even see a ray of hope from their side that the motor will be arranged. Lastly after getting frustated i asked them to please tell me just the estimated last time by when the motor will be arranged ,i asked them to tell transparently if it will be arranged in 1 more week .But the answer from thr side was that sir we dont have any such estimated time which we can tell you by when your cooler will get repaired and they just told me to wait for 1 more day as usual. Please let me know that is it the level of service voltas provides, if so then it would have been better if i would have ourchased a local cooler from the market which would have been 1/3rd the price of this cooler and i would have got it repaired from any electrician outside. A person wants cooler in summers and it is so hot and i purchased tjis cooler for my baby, as she keeps playing here and there so got this portable cooler for her but its useless for me and ther eis no use of purchasing it my baby is suffering still.
