I bought Voltas Split AC 21 june 2011 from Climate control,Gorakhpur.it started creating problem since May.We have lodged a complaint for the same in the last week of May, the complaint number 12MY3101064. But this problem has not been solved till date.Then we have registered a complaint again on voltas customer care on 10th july with the complaint number -12JL1003673 . However noboby have visited us till now.We have tried our best to connect to the customer care of voltas several times stating the reference numbers however nobody is bothered about it it was really a pathetic experience with voltas to hell with this brand .
PLEASE HELP US TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.
