I am a Volkswagen customer. Who bought one of the first Polo Diseal Highline vechile form Bhasin Motors, VW South delhi. The vechile details are below:

Engine number: CFW010213
Registration number: UP32-DH- 8550
The vechile has driven for 24500 kms. Last week, while driving it in Bangalore, when I turned on the air conditioner of the car, the vehicle made a very loud and sharp noise and gave lots of white smoke from the front of the engine. I stopped the car on the road and turned the engine off. And called VW road side assistance. They asked me to turn on the engine and if engine works, then drive the car to the nearest workshop (which was Volkswagen Downtown Bangalore).
The AC did not worked after that but the engine was working. I took the car to Volkswagen Downtown Bangalore on Saturday 16th June 2012. The vechile is currently under warranty. But the company is saying that the vehicle’s “Lock carrier” has got broken due unknown reason, which has caused the AC to break. the company is saying that it does not covers such internal breakage under warranty. For getting the repair done quickely, I should take the help of insurance to repair the same.
I am not given an alternate vehicle to drive and my vehicle is kept at workshop until I am ready to pay for the repair to start.
