i own a volkswagen polo car no mh 01 ax 360
i am facing problems currently with my car
1. my fuel pump is not functioning properly
2. my power steering of my car is also not functioning properly
i have sent my car to the group shaman service centre at sewri
i have taken extended warranty with the same company for 2 years starting from 19/06/2014
the problems that i am facing are covered under warranty as per mentioned in the warranty book that was issued by the same company
the problem that i am facing is that the company is refusing to repair the said problem under warranty stating
1. the fuel pump has been rusted
2. the service of the car has not been done properly
the service of my car is done once a year which the company also says
and my service time is around march and april every year which is way beyond my date of issue of warranty and if problems existed they should have told me before when i sent my car for extended warranty check or before taking the cheque for the warranty.
