May i request that my number is 9126190449 of UNINOR service provider and this simcard belong to ‘WEST BENGAL CIRCLE’. My home address is-
Village-Dharmatala,Gazole,Malda, West Bengal. Now i live at “3/25 East Mall Road, Kolkata-80”.
Last 24/07/2012 4:53:10 P.m. ‘voice portal’ service was activated autometically. After that on that day 7:33:09 p.m. another service was activated.The next day 30 INR was charged from my number. then i called to 777 number and deactivate that. but on that day i.e. 25/07/2012 09:18:04 p.m. the ‘voice portal service was activated to my number and 16 INR was charged for next 8 days. again i called to 777 number and deactivated the service. But the next day that service was activated again and 30 INR was charged. On Last day again i called to 777 number and deactivate that service. But today again the service activate and 30 INR charge for next 15 days.
when i called to 777 number for deactivation there were a three options…
1st option that the service activated without my permission and i select that. Then i listened that my charged INR will be refund into my number within 48 hours. but no refund till yet into my number.
as because the service activated without my permission, i called to coustomer care but they were dont help me to deactivate that service.
Now i fill very bad into recharge my number cause if another charge will be proccesses.
please help me to refund my all charges and deactivate all service.
