I want to say you all that i had face worst service from vodafone
In bill dated oct 2014…vodafone has deducted some shotformat download charges having 99 rs charges…on complaining the same over 198 number they told me to send a mail….also they confirm that they are not going to solve issue over 198 number. On asking them to forward call to supervisor, they just put my phone on hold and then cut the line after 10 mins…
This is a clean cheating case…they are not giving me clear details about 99 rs charges…nor they we are getting details…Unfortunately i am going to stop this services. …
