This complaint is regarding the unauthorized and unethical deduction of main balance from my account which affected me by huge financial, physical and psychological loss. The scenario had reported to Vodafone by service request number 1340848345 . I would like to mention here that in my account there were two type of balance – Main account balance and Special Minute talk time. Because of unauthorized deduction my main balance fallen to negative and I was not able to make a call while I had special minute balance my account. At the same time because was negative balance my call was not getting connected to toll free number 198. After recharging by rupees 10 when I made a query with vodafone care they told it was charged because I made a call to 199 which is chargeable. Finally i wrote the same to [email protected] but I got an unexpected answer from authority that there was no such charges took place in my account. When I sent them the proof of deduction they changed their statements and told me it was charged for making a call on 199. Later when I send them the call details which shows I didn’t make any call finally they accepted it was charged rupees 0.50 and they will be refunding back. Vodafone didn’t even feel for the issue / problems which was faced by customer. ( I am attaching the .pdf of mail communication for this request number). I suffered for more than 10 hours because of Vodafone mistake which brought me in a big economic, mentally and psychological loss. This was the first incident I mentioned. Again on 17th of October 2015 vodafone had made such unauthorized deduction from my account . Let me know how many time Vodafone will do the same with customer without thinking their loss. I seek from vodafone for adjustment of my financial loss. It can be understood that it is making money by such deduction from customers as most of customers do not even know how to get the call details etc.
