Hi, I am from Bangalore and using Vodafone for little more than the past 4 yrs.
Recently Talk time of amount Rs. 147/- has been deducted from my vodafone account (9739924182) without any reference or intimation or confirmation between 24th Oct 2015 and 25th Oct 2015.
Once it came to my notice, I tried talking to customer care on 27th Oct 2015 & 28th Oct 2015 but it always got disconnected after i informed my concern and after a long wait of 3 to 5 mins with the background vodafone jingle playing. I tried the IVR on 199 and got to know that Rs147 is deducted on 24th Oct 2015 for some download service. I would like to know what is this so called download service as i was not notified or confirmed before this download. I already have active 3G plan. How can vodafone just deduct some money without the approval of the user. Also no message or intimation received for the deduction reference. I would like you to refund the amount deducted.
