Vodafone stopped all the services while I have submitted all the documents

I wished to changed my phone from vodafone to Idea. I get a call from vodafone that do not change your operator we’ll provide the same plan to you and I agreed, but the person who came for verification submit wrong report in the vodafone saying that Ms. Reena met at the home and we don’t need this number while there is no Reena at my home and my niece Ms. Shivangi has sign over the verification form and vodafone stopped all the service of my phone from 24th May-14. I was requesting them open the services and do re-verification but only single answer is being given by them wait for 72 hours and I am not able to contact anyone.
