Vodafone no speed in 2G and #G connection

I bought a new vodafone sim and recharged for 145 for 2G but did not get any speed so complained to vodafone customer care ,he said your query is logged and will be addressed but of no use .On furthur enquiring the customer care guy told me that 2g signal is bad in that area try 3G again I rechearged for 95 but still of no use .Even an google search cannot be performed .I want vodafone services to reply to this …What a pathetic service and no consumer service is provided.
