Dear all,
I procured Vodafone Netcruise – Datacard (MDN NO. 8925012214) by 28/04/2012 with unlimited 750 plan. I was said by the vodafone personals that with the netcruise i will be getting 3.2Mbps speed for a 4GB Download (3G speed) and thereafter 2G speed .. Till date i haven’t seen the device showing greater than 512Kbps. I have made complaint regarding this. no responsible persons came to look in to that but promised so.. i made a mail stating all the complaints 2 weeks back but no prompt reply or call from the team to solve my issues. kindly take necessary action.
