Rupees 99 deducted from my account on June 4. I have not been informed about this deduction. I came to know this yesterday after receiving a SMS to renew the pack. I have talked to customer care people but no valid answers. without my authentication how Vodafone can deduct money from main balance? I want my money to be refunded to my main balance immediately.
