Vodafone is continuously deducting pre paid balance from my mobile.

I have a Vodafone pre paid number – 8586884143 which has 3G activate in it. Last 14th July i have recharged with Rs. 249 for 1GB free usage plan with Vodafone. Yesterday vodafone has sent me a message that you have consumed all your free usage of 1GB. But in actual i have consumed only 628MB out of 1034MB (1GB) as my system of mobile always shows the actual usage of 3G data. subsequently they have started deducting the pre paid balance from my vodafone SIM account even i am not using internet or mobile phone for calling anybody.But still deduction of balance is keeping on going continuously from my pre paid balance. I asked a solution from Vodafone customer care but they are frequently providing me wrong statement of using my data and call facility and even they are rude to say me that you can go and complaint against us. I am a simple house wife and i get minimum balance to use it and call it my relatives. Please help me against the way i am being cheated by Vodafone mobile service provider in Delhi-NCR at Faridabad. Please look into this matter so that i can get back my lost balance (which deliberately snatched from me by Vodafone) very soon. This already happened with me twice before.
