Vodafone internet dongle

I took this connection at Vodafone Chennai. After a month of usage and payment of bill I moved to Ahmedabad. Since then I have been trying to reach Vodafone customer care to convert my post paid plan to prepaid plan. So that i dont have to bear post paid bills as I already have a internet connection in Ahmedabad. But the customer care of Vodafone was unreachable. Either their customer will cut the call after putting me on hold or they will just not revert back. Following this I had mail from some Mr. Alfred from Chennai, I responded to him over mail further requesting to convert my posstpaid to prepaid. But their department did not take timely action and due to delay from Vodafone the next months postpaid bill was generated for my number which I have not been using since long and trying to cancel my postpaid services.

After a month long communication over mail with Vodafone they did not correct my bill amount. They consistently forced me to pay the extra months bill which is generated due to delay from their side. In the mean time I tried to contact relevant people on the Facebook page of Vodafone. They called me once, took my request and said they will revert back 2 days. But the Vodafone did never reverted back. I further visited a Vodofone store in Ahmedabad vastrapur area, to resolve the extra bill amount and cancel my services. But at the store they were not willing to take my complaint. Instead they mislead my giving wrong contact information of some person in chennai who supposedly will resolve my query. Lately I spoken to a Vodafone representative from Chennai, and that lady threatened me over phone for termination of all my telecom services. I feel extremely harassed since past one month.

Now today Vodafone has sent me a so called legal notice to harass me further to make the payment. I would like to take strictest action against Vodafone for such harassment of their post paid customers.
