Vodafone India makes fraudulence on my Internet data connectivity

I am using VL98 plan for over all month, and i bought a handset for my dad which had the vodafone 3G data for 2 months, and i inserted my sim to that new mobile for checking the phone, for this big wrong I did they deactivated and VL98 and asking me to pay Rs2412 for the internet services i used, and the compliants person says me why did you insert the sim into the new mobile tats y we deactivated the VL98 for your mobile. I dont know what can I do for this. Please help me
