I have been using Vodafone from last 2+ years, And now I have moved out of Mumbai tele circle but still want to retain the no. So I spoke today to complaint no 198 at 12.00pm and they conveyed I need to go to the nearest store they can only change the plans. So I went to Vodafone store Kothrud branch, and spoke to CSR so he told me to go to sangamwadi branch. After that I all the way I went to sangamwadi branch and then they told me to go to Mumbai Branch or else speak to customer care. And thus I ended in dead lock with no solving the problem. And then i spoke to CSR he is missleading about plans that you have to take necessarly if you to change your plan.
Today experience is pathetic and still I dont know what to do.Very horrible experience.
I travelled Almost Pune to get my problem solve or somebody can help. But I didnt get any support from Vodafone team.
So it’s monetary loss as well the time and pain which I need to face while travelling.
Can anybody raise this and answer
