One mobile no 9988195541 was issued by my name, I have raised the request to Vodafone for closing the number and collect the pending payment from me. This request was raised on 9th May 2013, I have done the payment to Vodafone for the same amount as mentioned by them through mail. Till date they have not disconnected the number and Vodafone is keep charging their rental for which I have not used their service.
As per their mail I have cleared all pending payments but still they are not closing the number.
