VODAFONE – “HAPPY TO FOOL CUSTOMERS”

Recently on 25.05.2012 I had applied for change of my Vodafone Prepaid connection (Number 9920403239) to Vodafone Postpaid connection, wherein before changing I was assured by the Vodafone executive (Mr. Amit Palav) that my monthly payment Plan would be the same Corporate Plan as that of my another Postpaid connection ( Number 9820535349).
But on 03.06.2012, when the same Prepaid connection was changed to Postpaid, I was surprised to know that my Internet Plan (Vodafone Live) was NOT activated as per the existing Corporate Plan (Rs. 99/- Unlimited per month ). I immediately called up Vodafone Helpline and even requested thru email for activation of Internet as per their assured Plan. It was to my surprised that I go an email reply, wherein the Vodafone executive – Mr. Vaibav Chavan mentioned that the said Plan was DISCONTIUNED ???? and they imposed to select from their NEW Plans which were – Rs. 299, Rs. 499 & Rs. 699/-.
I strongly feel that Vodafone Service provider is JUST FOOLING its customer by giving FALSE ASSURANCE before converting to Postpaid and Once the customer has changed its connection to Postpaid, to MINT Money from such customers.
I had made numerous requests to Customer care for activating the same Plan, but their executives – Mr. Vaibhav Chavan, Mr. Sanjay Jaiswal & Mr. Louis Joseph replied the same that the Corporate plan of Rs. 99/- was discontinued and to select from their NEW Plans.
On 09.06.2012 at 19:31 hrs, Mr. Louis Joseph had called up on my mobile and assured to discuss my problem with his seniors and would revert me with positive feedback, but it seems that all the senior Managers does not have enough time to attend the customer and resolve the issue.
As Vodafone has FOOLED ME and TAKEN ME FOR RIDE, I request you to please take utmost strict action against such Service Providers which will definitely help other future customers from getting into the Wrong Traps.
